The State of NH does not require a formal ceremony to get legally married. It does require the couple to obtain a marriage license from any Town Clerk in the State of NH and to present that marriage license to your Officiant at the time of marriage. It also requires you to express your intentions in front of someone that is authorized to perform a wedding by the State of NH.             $100

Your wedding ceremony includes a custom ceremony script designed to meet your wishes. This can include elements of your love story, religious, traditional, handfasting, themed or any element you desire. All wedding scripts are approved by you prior to your ceremony so there is no surprise on your wedding day.

I am a NH Justice of the Peace and a Notary Public and I offer Notarization services af all types, from Wills, Power of attorney or general document notarizations. These fees are based on document type and location of signings. Feel free to contact me to discuss your needs. 

An Elopement is a small ceremony with the couple and up to 6 guests. NH does not require witnesses for a wedding. This will be a pre-written ceremony with no customization. It may include a ring exchange and either prepared vows or the couple may write their own vows.

An Elopement ceremony is allowed 1 hour. There is no rehearsal offered with an Elopement.

If you are having a wedding rehearsal I want to be there to help plan your day. If you are within 30 miles of my business address then there is no fee. Outside of that area the fee is to cover additional travel expenses.

Are you looking to have a themed wedding ceremony? I am willing to discuss your ideas and plans. I enjoy helping to design your perfect day. Additional costs may be incurred depending on what your theme would require me to wear. These prices can be discussed during your first consultation.
